What is and how does this site work?
This site provides a free service that allows the user to determine which people have deleted him from their contact list in MSN Messenger. It works by entering, through an automated system, to the user's account, and analyzing the contact list.

How do I analyze my account?
To analyze your account you must fill out the form on the Home Page and click on "Analyze my Account.

Is my data secure?
Yes, our system does not store any sensitive data, whether your contacts or your password. For more information, read the Terms and Conditions.

Will you change my MSN Messenger nickname?
NO, our service will not change the Nickname of your MSN unlike other sites. Nothing in your account will change and nobody will notice that you have used the service.

Why every time i check my account my MSN Messenger client gets disconected?
This happens because the system requires logging in to your account with your information in order to analyze your contact list. Once the analysis is complete, you can re-enter your account from your client / program on your PC.

How do you invite my contacts?
Our invitation system works in a fully automated manner. The server (when you decide to invite your contacts to try the service) connects to the Hotmail servers, identifies and sends an e-mail to each of your contacts inviting them to test the service. This is done from the user's account using the service and on behalf of him / her.

Why do I get e-mails with subject: "Delivery Status Notification (Failure)" after using this site?
Just delete those e-mails, they are nothing but a warning that the system has not been able to deliver an invitation in particular. For more information, read the section: How de you invite my contacts?

Why do i see invitations sent from this site on my Hotmail?
This is because you have chosen to invite your contacts while using the service. This is why you can see the e-mails sent as invitations on behaf of yourself, from the Sent folder on Hotmail. For more information, read the section How do you invite my contacts?

How do I know who had blocked me?
You can not know who had blocked you. You can only know who deleted you.
